Rimfire gunsmith in Georgetown, Texas?

I an a novice at rimfire benchrest having only shot BR 50 years ago. I have purchased a 10-22 built by a "gunsmith in Georgetown, TX" Does anyone know who this person might be and perhaps even contact information? I would think since it's a 10/22 build that it's most likely Joe Chacon out of Bandera Texas.
