Congrats

Congrats to all of those who got to attend the Seymour Stool Shooters match this past weekend. We had a great turn out and to look down the line and see all the benches filled up with shooters is great
Those who braved the storms, wind, rain, lots of mud and can not forget about the mosquitoes that were big enough to cause you more greif than the dreaded ( "Rain Shot" )When a mosquitoe would be buzzing around your ear it sounded like Genes motor home passing you by....They were huge and hungry but you have a guy like Jay Lynn walking around in shorts and you could hear the mosquitoes bouncing of him and hitting the ground. If you looked closely at the skeeters they were wearing little kami-kazi head bands...

I would like to send out a big thanks to John Horn and Scott Hunter for always putting on a great shoot. He has a great team up there. The target crew consisted of two guys and one 4-wheeler and they had the targets down and replaced with no mistakes very quickly, the stat house was on their game as well..

The next item was the "FOOD". Once again it was awesome and not to be out done by all the laughter and BS at the Knights of Columbus and Ranger Creek Ranch.... Hmmmmmmmmmmmm I wonder what happend to the picture of Mr. Gore with the napkin hat ???. Jay Lynn I love ya man but those power naps will get you into a lot of trouble..

Again to all that are going to the SS from our GCR best of luck !!

Congratulations to All Who Did Well.

The Texas State at Seymour is one of the premier events in our Region. Lots of tradition, lots of great Shooters. Work prevented me from attending,:( there is not a better place to shoot than Seymour, or a finer group of Men to hang with.

For all of those headed to the Super Shoot, Good Luck. ...........jackie

Power Nap

I heard that story this weekend......

Mr. Gore, there is no escaping the stories....... By the way Mr. Gore if you are reading this I was honking at you tring to get your attention from Jacksboro to Bridgeport. Even as you were pulling into McDonalds.... You must have had the radio at full blast. I even rolled down the window at one time....
