Rest Top

Does anyone have experience shooting a Cooper 57 LVT? I'm having trouble with the rifle rocking in the rest, I have a Fudd top w/adjustable sides and a Sinclair with a #2 Protektor. Because the Cooper has the rounded beaver-tail forearm it rolls around and its hard to stay on target. What do other folks have luck with?

Get (or make) a front end stabilizer for it...Sinclair sells them...I didn't want to spend that much, so I made one out of some scrap wood that would work in a #3 bag...

An anti-cant device [ aka bubble level ] will help you be more consistent. I use the B-Square in both the Weaver version and the 11mm version.

I've (hopefully) attached an example of what I was talking about...found an old photo and grabbed just the portion that could give you the best view of the stabilizer...
