Hopefully you may be able to answer my question. I did the calcs based on brass thickness and bullet diameter for the bushing but the result did not end up where i was expecting. My sized id goal was between .306 to .307.....im at .304. Im presuming the brass spring back is why i am where i am. If i use the expander ball, the sized id is 305. The whole idea behind playing with this die is to eliminate the impacts of the expander ball and get consistent neck tension. I was using a .333 bushing, im thinking i need a .335 which should get my sized id to .306. Am I looking at this wrong?

I don't think you're looking at it wrong at all. If your chamber has enough neck diameter to accommodate the loaded round then you just need a bushing that suits you in terms of neck tension. Don't sell that smaller bushing as it may come in handy when your cases begin to work harden as the necks will spring back more when sized.
