Congats are in order for young Tyler (slidder) Adams. He won the LV 200 at Raton this weekend. Way to go Ty! Not bad for a 16 year old. We all knew it was a matter of time before he would start whipping up on us. We all share with Ed Adams in how proud of this younster we are. It was great to see Walt Burger giving Ty his wood.

Scott Swallwood won the LV 100, LV Grand, HV Grand and of course the 2 gun. It is great to see Scotty shoting good again!

Todd (catfish) Tyler took the HV 100. Tony Gallegos did a great job in calling the match!

I am sorry but that is all that I remember. I hope someone else can help out with the rest.

A special thanks to Larry Bagget for sharing some of his Uncle Larry's Majic Bullets with me this weekend.

Scott - your continued hard work over the months-even in adversity-paid off! Well deserved congratulations on a 2-gun win. :)

Thanks Gents....

You know, it's funny but if you really look hard, it's typical to find something good in bad situations, and something bad in good situations. And shooting at Raton this weekend was no different. After the match was over and I was talking with a few folks, Larry Baggett snuck up on my right flank and kissed the side of my cheek. After I threw up, I ran to my cleaning kit and doused the affected area with Butches Bore Shine. Then I took 0000 steel wool to it. I followed this up with 1 3/4" ProShot cleaning patches to control the flow of blood. I hope that after scars heal, I'll be as good as new.

It was great to see Tyler Adams pull down the LV200, he's an impressive young man who represents the future of the sport. Oh, and I think Ed wants his gun back....
