Rear bench rest bag

For a rear bench rest bag, what are your experiences on the protecktor, custom bumble
bee dr bag. It comes in cordura with heavy sand, and extra wide ears for larger guns. Is it perfectly stable after a "light gun" shot? Do guns slide well without powder? What type
sand do you use? Anybody use "repitle sand" from a pet store?
