Reade Range PA State 1000 Yard Benchrest Championship

Another great and successful Pa 1000 Yard B/R Championship was held on Saturday, Oct 1, 2011 at the Reade Range. The weather was bad but the match was great with about 60 shooters, many shooting at this range for the first time, there was plenty of excellent prizes. A lot of good groups and high scores shot with good food at the end. Congratulations to Ray Laudenslager for the overall winner. The work involved with a match this big with the bad weather conditions was outstanding to say the least.

I would like to thank all of those that have taken the time to make this match a success. THANK YOU. It was as well run as last year, everyone had a good time inspite of the bad weather and the food was great. I will be there next year. Congrats to all those who shot well enough to win some of the great prizes. Thanks
