Rail for H & R Model 12

I recently purchased a H & R Model 12 and want to put a conventional scope on it. It has two weaver style mounts but way down the barrel. I need info on mounting a scope or better, a rail that would attach to the already drilled holes. Help. New at this and am sort of lost.
