quickie rear rest question

Which disciplines DO NOT ALLOW an adjustable rear rest, like a joystick in the rear.

What class? Heavy gun in IBS and PA. allow them as long as the back and front are apart from each other, not connected. Light gun doesn't allow mechanical rest.
 
Any and all centerfire classes.

I guess I should have specified centerfire, I have no interest in rf or airgun at this point.

I once got in trouble for using a ping pong paddle in my rear rest, NBRSA 600yd but in looking over the rules recently couldn't find a clear reference.

At least not clear enough for me.

So adjustable rear rest is allowed for Heavy or Unlimited ONLY?

NO for HBR

NO for VFS

NO for LG/HG Group

correct?
