For the 30 caliber BR rifles I have noticed that bronze brushes just don't last very long. I have tried a great number of them and I even tried going up to 32 caliber brushes. The larger diameter brush lasts for a little longer, but not all that much. Nothing seemed to last more than a single match.

A couple weeks ago I got a package of the Bald Eagle Super Brushes. The first use felt just like all the other "new" brushes. The difference is that I used the same Bald Eagle brush cleaning 3 rifles at the Black Creek match on Saturday then used the exact same brush again on 4 different rifles while at the range on Sunday. I did much scrubbing on Sunday and the brush still feels as tight as it did the first time I used it.

This is a good product that needs to be shared.

I quit using any bore brushes. Why, when using the KG 12 and KG 9, I don't need them. I just don't get the fact that I'm just dissolving more copper in a bore (by melting) the brush? I get the copper out, I don't put it back in, until I fire the foulers.:D
