Problem with Time Precision Rimfire actions?

Why are the Time Precision guns always selling for less than other custom actions? Is there some inherrent problem with them?

The only issue I had with a Time Precision was the lack of a loading ramp and lack of ejectors. They are good guns but I have a left thumb that doesn't work and they did not suite my needs.
 
I had a Time for a brief period and didn't like the lack of a loading ramp or ejector which necessitated loading and unloading by hand. The bolt raceway was very sharp and I ended up with several cuts on my fingers after a shooting session.
