PMA neck turner?

Looking at picking up a PMA neck turner and have a couple of quick questions.

Im going to be turning .223, 308 and 30br. I understand they all use a different degree cutter. Can the cutter be changed out just like mandrel on the model A? the 308 and 30br would use the same turning mandrel correct but a different degree cutter? The 223 i would have to change the mandrel and cutter.

Is my thinking correct?

Thanks

This short range way of cutting to the shoulder, long range you will cut into the shoulder very lightly, helps with the donuts. Jim

For my 6PPC bench rifle, if I do not turn onto the shoulder to the width of the cutter bevel, turning .220 Russian cases that have been expanded to 6mm, my bolt close force is excessive, and if I force it, it immediately creates a doughnut. I have learned just how much is just right so that I retain some feel as I close the bolt.

On switching cutters, as long as the cutter angle is equal to or greater than the shoulder angle, I would not worry about it.
