I have one. Nice design but chinese junk metal. Bearings gone almost instantly, all of them. Gears are not polished and produce metal finings so the unsealed bearings have no chance. I highly doubt any chinese lathe is different. Grizzly would be the exact same lathe with a different paint job. Mine is chattering again. 2 years old and barely ever used.
