Can anyone tell me what the correct amount of firing pin protrusion on a Panda firing pin?
I am referring to the distance from the bolt face to the tip of the firing pin when the boly is "un-cocked".
Thanks!!

Call them and ask. It is always best to ask the manufacturer such a question, after all they made the action to their specs.

About 0.055" protrusion and they also recommend about 0.240"-0.250" of fall. The amount of fall is controlled by the trigger hangar offset. Kelblys have several different hangar offsets in stock.
