I was having problems with my Pact scale and dispensor and tried to call Pact today about 1:00PM there time. I used the # from their wed site. 1 800 722-8462 and there was no answer. tried several times, same result. Are they out of business? Does anyone have other contact info for them? There is no e-mail address listed.
