One piece rests....

I read over the rules and it sounded as though one piece rests where legal...is this correct ??

Yes, You can use a one piece rest if you desire

I have been talking the air game up to our local unsanctioned (IR50/50 target) benchrest crowd and am hoping to give it a try. We have several IHMSA air pistol shooters that hopefully may give it a go.
