With the popularity of UBR here, I asked my friend and builder Mike Ezell about building a fun rifle just for the format. This is what we came up with. It's a 220 Beggs. I jokingly call it "The Punisher" because of the 22 RF-like recoil. Pictures don't really do it justice.

Noticed....

Noticed your rest. Just an observation, but the Sinclair speed knob works much smoother and more accurate that the one on your rest. At least that's my experience with the one you have.

Virg. I'll look into it. That is my backup rig. I normally shoot a tuned up Farley and I have a SEB NEO on order.

and is that the cowan speed screw setup?

It is a Cowan speed screw.

I have a Protektor Cordura Owl Ear on the front, but I have the same bag in leather to replace it. Nothing slicker than leather with HBN sprinkled on.
