New Monthly Shoots in North Texas Planned

Starting in March a group of us are going to hold a monthly Open type Shoot on the 1st weekend of the month, day has not been set either Saturday or Sunday.
We will shoot 400yds could change distances. Open to Fclass bring own bench, bench, dirt
shooters, hunter style shooters. Young and "Old' and everyone inbetween.

Format is Clay Targets 10 targets large, medium and small with 4 relays and sighters.

Open to as many who want to come.
Price of shoot is set up so far is $50.00 for adults $25.00 for jrs.15 and below

Location is in Gainsville Texas.

Range has other faclities so you can spend the whole day there, shotgun, cowboy action and longer range after match is done.
Restrooms on site food you must bring.

Please be aware its still in the planing stage but we will make it happen.

Thud, I commend your effort, but that $50 entry is a tad stout for a non registered event. There seems to be sort of a "break point" for shooters as far a dollars are concerned.

I am simply saying this out of experience, as we have been running Matches at Tomball, both Registered and Club, for years and have learned the game pretty well. We charge $15 at our Club Matches.

Of course, the entry for the NBRSA Registered Matches is $50 per day.

Its a private range and we will pay out about 1/2 of intake back to shooters.
Also will have target help.
