New IR50/50 Support Ticket System - Upload Match Results Here

The new Support Ticket System on the IR50/50 website should allow us to resolve any issues or problems anyone has in an efficient manner.

We highly recommend using this system to send in your match results. You simply open a ticket and attach the results file to the ticket. The ticket will remain open until the results are posted. Once you see the ticket has been closed the results will be posted. This new support system is a also a great place to bring to our attention a mistake in the results or any other issue you may be having regarding IR50/50.

Yes, a link and description will be placed on the 50/50 website.

This "support ticket" thing is an attempt to resolve lost communication and add another seemingly bullet proof method to head off trouble in its many guises. I'll add some bullets.....

You can still snail mail or email results. However, I believe you will like this support ticket system in that the ticket will remain open until the results are posted to the website. Once results are posted the ticket will be closed.

If an individual discovers a score(s) incorrect this would be an excellent avenue.

Rangemasters using the ticket system to report match results should use the "file attachment" feature rather than copy and paste. Results in any format are certainly acceptable but the preferred format is through Doug Weeter's excellent scoring program.

I have tried it with our San Angelo Gun Club shoot that we had on January 2 that seems to be lost or misplaced. I see the point of the support ticket and I believe that it will help with the 50/50 posting.

just the Support Ticket # on the check?

This is the ticket!

Guys, this ticket thing works great and with very little waste of time.

The situation was that we had a match at our club back in January that did not get posted. I attached the results of that match to a ticket and I am glad to announce that it is posted.

It saves a lot of time. It just takes a couple of minutes. As a match director, I am using this from now on.

I sent in a match report yesterday, 5/2. I didn't get a ticket number (it said I would get one in an email). I didn't get an email.

Did I make a mistake on my email address, or does it take a day or so to get a ticket number? I see some results already posted from 5/1.

I'm not in a hurry, just checking on how the system works.

Sounds good. I didn't see this before, but will certainly use it for the next match.
