New IBS 1st VP and webmaster

The IBS EBoard welcomes back John Cascarino to fulfill the term of the late Dick Grosbier. John previously served magnificently as our 2nd VP (awards). We have also hired a new webmaster Jane DeWees of Annville, PA. She has been able to update some things on the website but it is not fully functional just yet. Patience please...I will post her contact info as soon as things are running.

John is a remarkable person, to say the least. It's a good thing we have folks, like he is, to get er done.
