Mcmillan Tooley MBR stock and benchrest rules

Gentlemen

I see on the Mcmillan website that the Tooley MBR stock is not legal for IBS 100 and 300 yard competition. Mcmillan says that the stock is "legal for 1000yd competition."
I can't find the answer to the following question....is the Tooley legal for NBRSA and IBS 600 yard competition?
I apologize if this topic has been discussed. My search has come up empty.
