March Scope Question

Was there something being used on these scopes like a light reducing disc for the objective lens? Mine seems so bright it's a deterrent.

The ones I have seen came with a screw in disk that cut down the objective diameter to 30mm. It is good in bright sunlight. Helps with contrast and you can see mirage waves better and back further away from the target. All this sounds great, but it cuts down on bright sunlight more than anything. Samuel Hall

Yes it should have come with a reducer for the front lens , I use mine frequently when it is bright.

My 8 x 80 did not. It did come with a metal screw-in shade, that was all.

My 50x Marches and the 10x60 March came with that disc. I rarely use it on the 10x60, but it's a must on the 50's
