Manual Cartridge Feeder

I recently purchased a Manual Cartridge Feeder from Carlos Gonzales (this is the device that was recently approved by the NBRSA). I understand the feeder cannot be attached to any part of a bag gun, but I need clarification regarding how can it legally be attached to a railgun? Can it be attached to the railgun top - as long as it does not touch the action? I have seen cartridge blocks attached to the top (Neary and Ratigan, come to mind). So, I believe it would be legal to attach the feeder to the top, but can someone confirm?

Yes, Marty - after watching you shoot at the Nationals, I decided I want to be able to do what you do and wait until there's 17 seconds remaining and then fire 5 down range and have time left to admire the group. Seems to work for you - sometimes. ;) Ryan
