LT-32 Powder-223 Remington Loads

I am thinking of trying some Accurate LT-32 powder in my 223 Remington. I use primarily 69/70 grain HPBT bullets. I need to find some loading data for this combo. Can any of you experts out there help?? What powder is LT-32 similar to?? Thanks much.
 
If I were you I would work up loads using 4198 data and watch for pressure signs. I think that Lt-32 is a little slower than 4198, but this should give you a starting point. Good shooting..James
