Leather scope caps

Who makes these and how do you get in touch.

What scope do plan on putting them on. If it is a March you can get rubber ones from Magnum Metal in Texas. I know Benchrite has leather one for a March. My suggestion is to use rubber ones. Over time the leather will get really loose. If you use rubber take them off clockwise all the time as they will unscrew your rear focus. Don,t ask how I know this. If you are really set on leather. Benchrite in Fort Wayne sells them.

Rick Averill from Sand Lake Michigan makes some real fine leather scope caps. Just google his name and his website will come up.

Jason Coye makes the best leather scope caps. They fit firmly (just right). I've never had one fall off (like other leather caps I have had). Benchrite sells them.

Just remember the salts in leather eat metal.

Leave them on and it will start to corrode the scope tube.
