how long are you using your brass? when I started I can remember when people would throw them away after each weekend...... heck even after a agg. was shot. I was talking to a pretty good shooter at one of the last matches I went to and asked him this question and he said his brass usually last for the life of the barrel (another post soon) :)
anyway let me know what you do or what you have found out about your brass for competition.

thanks

All my years they lasted an agg. Now im using a bunch of cases for a long time. Im not winning near as much. Nothing shoots like fresh brass

I've reloaded my Lapua 12 times and groups haven't degraded (0.0095" wall thickness). But then again I'm not competing at a high level like many of you. If I were maybe I'd use newer brass for big shoots.

Charles Huckeba once told me, ....."nothing shoots like new brass".

I have always tried follow that, but as the years go by I think,......"There ain't nothing wrong with that brass".

When it starts getting too sticky with my upper end load, I generally toss it.

But that is a 6PPC. My 30BR score Rifle's brass seems to last forever. The last Agg I won at Lake Charles was shot with brass that might have 20 firings on them.
