Just want to say thank you to all who made this year's UBR Nationals a success!
I had a great time and enjoyed the weekend. I was pretty happy with how I shot but came up a tad short. Congrats to Bobby Cagle for making me look good by winning custom class. If I couldn't win...I'm glad it was him. As usual, I had a couple of bad targets that took me out...The winners didn't, and they earned every point...especially at 200. I could never find a handle on the switching winds at 200. I'm happy for my friends that managed the tough conditions.
A very special thanks to Robbie Talley, Scotty Crawford, Rick Fox and Wayne McNeely for their support. I may be forgetting someone. If so, they are welcome to get in on the following offer. I will gladly donate a used barrel protector to them for the asking. Just let me know the assdress to send them to. Since I'm married, there may be a backorder. You probably didn't realize this, but they are serial numbered collector's items.
It was fun and I enjoyed seeing and shooting with everyone. I look forward to seeing you all again, very soon.
