John Unertl Scopes

Does anyone know who has bought out Unertl?
And where is their facility located?

I found reference to 21st Century Technologies but that was in 2001.
Possibly they spun off Unertl by now.

I can not tell you who owns Unertl now, however, looking to get work done on a Unertl Target scope I have, I tracked Unertl down in Las Vegas in Spring of 2008. However at that time, they were only making and working on scopes for the military and I ended up sending my scope to Parsons Scope Service in Ohio. It is my understanding that Parsons has all the parts for the older Unertl scopes now and they repaired my scope and returned it to me in about a month turnaround time.
