I do not see your comparison. Autos are quite different from firearms. I can build a firearm but not an automobile. Also, what do you perceive as the problem with Cerberus in this "rescue" of Chrysler. What is the problem with the feds and the auto unions?????

Do you know what Cerberus did with their Cerberus, did with their 540 million dollar investment in Chrysler? When the negotiations were finished they walk away with nothing. The Government had every cent of their ownership. Cost to the Government ZERO. How do you negotiate away that kind of ownership and get nothing in return?

If they are prepared to do that over the ownership in a major U,S. Manufacture, what will they be prepared to do when the Government want the Firearms industry?


Do you want the Federal Government to control the U.S. Firearms Industry?

If that doesn't bother you, then you should be vary happy indeed.:D
 
The firearms industry is not going bankrupt. In fact they are doing very well and need no money from the government. The banks and auto industry made a deal with the Devil and were taken. RANDY

would have gotten involved when Daimler Bailed? A sinking Ship, it is.
