Help identifying barrel stamp/marking

I just purchased a rem 721 in 243. It has had some good quality smithing done to it I.e. Custom barrel, sako extractor. The barrel is marked M.A.C. And has a cloverleaf stamp above that. Does this sound familiar to anyone?

I called my buddy Mark @ SAC and he said Chandler also. I can not find any information on him, does he have a website?
