James Anderson in South Dakota is one of the very top in building custom walnut stocked rifles. David has built a few for me. David has a young 6'4" Son that is a very very good baseball player. He is leading all players in the state in batting average, slugging percentage, and on base percentage. The Anderson's are a close family and good people.
I need votes for his Son.

My Vote was cast for the young man. If I did not believe Butch to be an extremely honest gentleman. I would not have cast a vote.

I voted too, Butch but you know, this doesn’t make sense. If he’s leading in all the statistics, why is there a vote???? We must it now become a popularity contest?

Butch did it actually end up being a popular vote or one that was decided based on the actual statistics? If the first it makes absolutely no sense and it would be an unfair injustice to the looser. I am trying to understand how it even came down to having to have a voting process?

"Unfair injustice"?

If you meant it would be an injustice to the loser if he/she lost by a popular vote, why did you vote?

As for statistics, the other guy had some pretty impressive statistics also -- three first places in the conference meet.

Why did I Vote? I have the Freedom to do so.
So why not ask why others decided to Vote for somebody else as well.

I think the newspaper puts them on to keep their subscriptions up. I got involved because James has been a good friend for many years. This allows me to keep up with his Sons. David is a very very good HS baseplayer and deserves recognition for his talent and hard work. I don't understand why this bothers hunter. Don't make an issue out of it, just walk on down the road.

I voted for him because that's what you do when a friend asks for your help!
Very simple concept.
