I want to get your opinion on something here if possible.
I am shooting a bull barrel 223 with a 7 twist, and bell Carlson stock.
I know there is very little recoil with this set up. But sometimes I think if
I had a little weight in the butt it might help my accuracy. Not being as
young as I once was,I admit I can't hold as steady as I once could.
Plus I shoot free recoil,,Do you think this would be an improvement or
a hinderness..I am thinking of putting a few 500 grain cast 4570 bullets
in the butt..Thanks for any advice.Oh this is for informal 300 and 500 yard
f class at my local club so there really is no rules,,I use an adjustable front
rest and rear bag..thanks again..
