I have read the books and even had some coaching most all say keep the head down dont look up dont look at your rounds keep one eye in the scope and one eye on the flags. Dont raise up the head.....
However after watching Ratican, Campbell and Boyer on youtube, I have noticed that they all do the same as the rest of us and dont keep the head down or practice what is in the books.
Howmany can/do actually keep the head down eye in the scope and one eye on the flags every match/relay?
For me I tend to set the sight raise my head and watch all the flags then pull the trigger only checking the scope on long time lapses to make sure the POI is still where it should be.
What say you .,,,,,,,, come on now tell me how it really issssssss
