i ordered a backup rear rest Dec 9th and the only communication i have received from them is the conformation of the order paid for on the 9th
just phoned them, they had not received my emails
and the model i bought was not in stock and made by hand just shipped
i got the tracking # by phone

I have dealt with them more than once and everything was 100% good to go. If you need anything custom made such as spacers for under anything they will be happy to make it.......

Protector is good to deal . I bought a couple custom things while there. Made them just the way I wanted. Nice stuff.:cool:
