High winds and cold weather could not stop Harley Baker winning the 2 gun at Shelby County Deer Hunters Association's Fall Finale with a 2 gun agg of .2461. Paul Whitt followed with a .2643 and Robert Fairbanks completed the trio with a .2729. Saturday morning's 100 light was won by Carl Thompson with a .1646 agg. Victor Pots finished second with a .1918 and Harley Baker third with .2130. The 100 yard heavy was won by Robert Fairbanks shooting a .2206 agg. Harley followed with a .2444 and Jack Neary rounded the threesome with a .2660. Ted Heindselman won Sunday morning 200 heavy shooting a .2637 agg with Don Rosette close on his heals with a .2686. Paul Whitt finished third with a .2738. The afternoon light yardage with finished with Harley Baker winning the event with a .2277 agg with Don Rosette (.2343) and Paul Whitt (.2419) falling in behind Harley. Small group for 100 yards belonged to Steve Theye(.128). 200 yard small group winner was DeWayne Wood (.211). The weekend was enjoyed by all.
