Living along the border, I get all kinds of interesting dishes but never had song birds.
It was good....must have been lots of work getting it ready. The only bones on the turkey were the wings and legs. Carving was a piece of cake. Had two layers of stuffing which was really a rice w/ shrimp in it & spicey. Those cajuns come up w/ some cool grub for sure.
Told the wife we have to eperiment on this idea further. Maybe a chickquaildove.
