Front bag and sand

For group or score short range benchrest, what kind do you use and why

I use a Protektor Model, No. 3C Wide Owl Cordura Ear front bag, filled with heavy sand. Why? Because it works great. Add some stock tape to the forearm and spray the bag with pure silicone and you're in the "smoooth" sliding business.
