The weather was nice for the match today, cool early but warmed up nicely, the conditions on the other hand weren't so nice. We had a good turnout with 28 Vfs shooters and 5 factory class shooters. In factory class Rob Ritchie pulled out the win with a 234-2x score, Ron Tokash was 2nd w/ 229-3x and Holder Trumbo got 3rd w/ 228-3x, a good battle in Factory class. In VFS Herbie Llewellyn wore us out with a fine 250-13x score and one of our jr. shooters Nick Gardner took 2nd with a fine 250-8x score, Hal Drake was 3rd with 249-9x, Wayne France was 4th w/249-7x and KC Young rounded out the top 5 with a 248-9x. That was some fine shooting in some pretty tough conditions with a lot of gusts and hard switches and nothing was staying around for long all day. Congrats to all that shot well and thanks to all for coming out to get the winter league off to a good start. The next match is Dec. 20th so come on back and play again. Steve
