Dusty, let me invite you to one of our 600 yard matches held the 3rd Sat of each month (March-October). They are held at the Prince Memorial range that is located between Goodwill and Pioneer, LA. Goodwill is about 20 miles due east of Bastrop. Bring some of your friends and come on down. We shoot the IBS target (20 rounds) in three matches (7 shots, 7 shots, and 6 shots) Ours is for score only and we normally have from 25-35 shooters. We try to start at 8:30 AM. Also, we allow unlimited sighters on gongs beneath the targets. James

There are some F-class shooters who regularly attend, but there are also a bunch of old men like me who would be required to call 9-1-1 for help to get up from the prone position. We normally shoot two relays and are finished around 12 noon. Hope to see you there. James
