I like to let every one know what great CUSTOMER SERVICE these people have. I had a issue with some 17 Cal Coated rods. After emailing them I received a next day reply they sent me replacement rods NO CHARGE!
I have used their products for years and they are top notch.

That is why Dewey rods are the only thing that goes down the bore of my rifles, handguns, or shot guns except bullets and shot.

Tipton Carbon Fiber Rods

I had the same experience with a Tipton Carbon Fiber rod. The ferrule snapped off. I sent an email to Tipton an they requested that I send them a reply with a picture of the broken rod. I did and they sent a new rod to me A.S.A.P. Sounds like both companies have great service. I have since bought two more Tipton rods and no problems with them.


p.s. The broken rod was one of their .17 to .20 cal. rods.
