Seems like nobody is answering your question. I have not talked to JD in a couple of years, I bought stands from him 25 years or so ago. As far as I know he lives down around Norfolk VA and is not a big internet user. In other words if you have not gotten an answer to your inquiry by now you might look at somebody else's flags. David Halblom makes some decent flags and is usually easy to get hold of. This message will probably get you several more suggestions.
