CZ 452 question

I just picked up a cz 452 from an old friend that needed a little quick cash. The action and stock are perfect, the bbl however is a little on the rough side, mostly external slight rust and pitting on the last few inches of the barrel.. I think that there is a very little in the front part of the bore. Does anyone here have any history rebarreling one of these or similar? What would your recommendations be should I decide to rebarrel. Obviously I would want it to be as accurate as possible, maybe a slight diameter increase of the bbl.

I just wanted to know about the possibilities of a rebarrel and any complications that might be in that process.
