any one know about this and how it compares to any custom action now in production?who made it and is it used in any matchs today?

If I remember correctly they're like a Panda. It's been years though since they were made. Never touched one so I can't speak to their quality.

I have an older one and it was a great action for me. I won several trophies with it. It is similar to the Panda but they machined a steel action down to the bare min diameter and then pressed it into an alum sleeve with an integral Weaver style scope base . The action was pretty smooth and was lighter than a sleeved Remington and only slightly heavier than the Panda. I here they are still available.
