Jay,
Since the range had been reserved for the IBS Nationals it was held at the same time. There was a 75% payback. There was a 12 target agg. shot to determine the winner. There were some really tough conditions on day one, wind gusts to 44 mph sustained winds of 28 to 30 mph and constantly switching from 5:00 to 7:00, a lot of shooters with shots off paper. Pretty typical Colorado shooting conditions. Dayrl Kopriva came out on top in the end. Generally NBRSA 1k rules were followed, one noted exception being that a shooter with all shots on paper in a category can't be beat by a shooter with a shot off paper.
