Chamber reaming Question..Jackie Method

I read the Jackie Barreling thread. I see he uses a live center on the back of the reamer and a wrench on the reamer.
Is the lathe running at a low RPM or is he simply turning it by hand ?

By hand. All I am using the reamer for is to establish the final shape, dimensions, and finish of the chamber. 99 percent of the metal removal is done with the drill and single point boring........jackie
