Case annealing

A buddy has provided sage advice on annealing. DO NOT anneal cases that powder in them!!!!!!!!!!! After routinely pulling bullets from some loaded rounds and dumping the powder, he started annealing the cases and all was going well until one came alive. One still had powder in it and he could not understand how this could have happened. All subsequent cases were empty.
A little humor but brings to light how we, who reload thousands of rounds without incident, can get a little careless and make a mistake. Some are minor and some can have severe consequences. Mind your pees and quees.:D:D:D

I don't think I'd want to anneal them primed either.... but that's just me. nhk

Yea, primed is quite dangerous as well.

Another great tip is DON'T ANNEAL IN YOUR RELOADING ROOM.
