Where would one search for a used carbon fiber air tank that can be filled to 4500psi?

Try the yellow forum classifieds http://www.network54.com/Forum/79574/ post a want to buy. You can also find SCBA tanks on ebay, just pay attention to the date of manufacture. Once it expires, you will have trouble getting it filled.
