Does anyone have drop figures for a Sierra 107gr. Matchking using a 20moa rear base?
Line of sight is 2" high and Muzzle velocity is 2950fps.
The Sierra program will not calculate for the line of departure of a 20moa rear elevation.
Thanks

I'm confused. A tapered base allows you to physically center the reticule of your scope at the longer distances. It doesn't do anything to change the ballistics or the drop figures. The Sierra program should work, as should any others, such as JBM. Simply input the data given above, along with the all-important BC.

Thanks Ray. I was misled by Sierra who said it would make a difference.
No substitude for experience. I am shooting the 6mm 107 gr. with a ballistic coef. of 0.527-0.509, sight 2" above bore, sea level, 90F, 2950fps.
