What is the effect of firing ammo that has small brass chips in the powder charge leftover from trimming. Is there a chance of molten brass coating the bore?

Are you saying that you fired this ammo in your barrel? If so...I would look at the bore with a borescope to try to determine if the bore was coated with molten brass. If you're just curious as to what might happen I suppose you could do your own experiment. fire this ammo in a trash barrel and see what happens.
