Doesn't look like you are getting any replies, but as for me I have never oiled a firing pin or spring.
I do put bolt grease on the leading edges of my locking lugs as well as at the back where the bolt cams to cock the firing pin. I do this every two or three groups.
I recently purchased a BAT action. Noticed the grease had copper color. Phoned BAT to find it was SS-30 Lube, made by JetLube, a company in Huston Tx (713) 674-7617. If memory serves me I think I bought mine from MSC Supply in NY. Works great and you can really see where its lubricating. What kind of grease is best for the bolt lugs?
